Privacy Policy

P-PACT requires that you supply the following information during the registration process for the support service:

  • Title
  • Name
  • Position
  • Organisation & postal address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

Our site uses cookies. These are identifiers which are transferred automatically to your computer's hard drive. They enable us to recognise you and provide additional features and facilities. You can disable cookies. If you do so, you will still be able to access and use the site but you will need to continually log in with your user name and password to access the FOI+ support service. We use cookies to remember the details of your user name and password to enable access to the Support Service to run as smoothly as possible. We do not use cookies to store your personal information or to track your preferences or use of the site. If you wish to disable this site's cookies you can set your browser accordingly. Most browsers can be set to notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies completely. The help menu of your web browser will be able to give you further details.

We will only use this information to send you email and/or conventional mail about your Support Service account and to keep you informed of new developments. We will not pass nor sell your personal information to any third party.
We use the information to help us understand more about how our web site is used, to improve our site, and to send you information about us and our products which we think may be of interest to you, both electronically or otherwise. In the case of P-PACT's products which are available through subscription, your personal information may be used to enable us to verify you are a subscriber and to deliver the online information to you.
