Caldicott - Confidentiality and Confidence

Public Partners has done ground breaking work in this area for Informing Health Care in Wales. We have produced a Foundation Manual, set benchmark standards for all healthcare organisations in Wales and developed a supporting website; this work can be viewed at www.wales.nhs.uk/caldicott/
A series of workshops on Caldicott will be held in London and elsewhere in the Spring of 2009 ...... see details.

Induction Course for Senior Information Risk Owners

Using the very latest advice and guidance and including tools developed by P-PACT this will be an essential one day course for those appointed to this important new role. We have also introduced a modular action based process for organisations to deal with the issue of information risk holistically; building the team, minimising cost and resources, implementing best and most effective practice. A one day workshop for newly appointed managers.

Update on Data Protection

Understanding personal data, Data Standards and Security, the new clauses and enforcement.
